NE- Self-massage / Myofascial Release w/ Balls with 5-Shannon
Expensive, ended 10 mins early, and I was disappointed that the instructor didnt come around to check peoples placement and offer corrections. Also wasnt a full body class, but just knees/hamstrings/quads, which wasnt noted anywhere in advance.

Awesome way to start the morning! No two classes are the same. Monique is a great fun teacher!
HE- Reformer - Mixed with 3-Jamie
Jamie is fantastic! A great workout. She focuses on strength and flexibility and is very easy to follow.

Monique is awesome! Such a great class for toning and stretching. Especially good for computer workers. Monique challenges us and also makes it super chill and fun.
NE- Self-massage / Myofascial Release w/ Balls with 5-Shannon
Wonderful. Exactly what I needed to help recover from shoulder and elbow injuries. Class was only 45 mins though, not one hour. Would definitely go back as Shannon covers different areas of the body in each class.

Not that hard. Prefer the heavy equipment class.

Used the foam roller, springboard, and arc. Wonderful teacher. Left class feeling amazing!
HE- Reformer- Int/Advanced with 1-Megan
Megan is great. There was an individual class going on for the machine right next to class reformer - very distracting - Best to move one reformer machine to the other side for the individual class. Patricia (an instructor) joined the class. Her breathing was so strong that unless you are on the same rhythm as hers, it becomes a random counter-rhythm to what you are doing.

Good class, but always seems to end early. Today's was only 50 minutes.

Not very challenging at all.

The class was disappointing, the classroom was filled with private sessions around the reformer machines and the noise was so loud we could barely hear the instructor. She even noted she made a mistake on one of the major sequences- I think she was distracted by the cacophony as well. I am not a fan of a studio who doesnt respect the class and the time and money folks spend for that hour- it should respect the class.

This is a more therapeutic type of pilates rather than an intense workout.
