This was a really great intro to Pilates machines and technique. It was basically a private lesson with only two of us present ! The teacher was kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I only took away a star because I was hoping for a little more of an intense workout and this was really stretch and tone.

Great ab/core exercises along with other areas. Instruction was easy to follow, described in detail, and corrected when needed. This hour flew by, as there were some heart-pumping moments. The movements were interestingly new to me but not complicated.
HE- Mixed Apparatus - Mixed with R-James
Good small class, wonderful instructor.
NE- Mat Pilates - Mixed with 3-Elsa
this class was a lot of spine rolls which made it difficult with someone recovering from a lower back injury like me. I wish the instructor had made more adjustments during class and changed up the repetitive spine roll exercises but she didnt. Her cues were also a little too fast when there were only 4 people in the class.

NE- Self-massage / Myofascial Release w/ Balls with 5-Shannon
Expensive, ended 10 mins early, and I was disappointed that the instructor didnt come around to check peoples placement and offer corrections. Also wasnt a full body class, but just knees/hamstrings/quads, which wasnt noted anywhere in advance.

Jamie is fantastic! A great workout. She focuses on strength and flexibility and is very easy to follow.

I really like EHS Pilates. Great for the pelvic floor
