NE- Self-massage / Myofascial Release w/ Balls with 5-Shannon
Expensive, ended 10 mins early, and I was disappointed that the instructor didnt come around to check peoples placement and offer corrections. Also wasnt a full body class, but just knees/hamstrings/quads, which wasnt noted anywhere in advance.

Awesome way to start the morning! No two classes are the same. Monique is a great fun teacher!

Jamie is fantastic! A great workout. She focuses on strength and flexibility and is very easy to follow.

Monique is awesome! Such a great class for toning and stretching. Especially good for computer workers. Monique challenges us and also makes it super chill and fun.
NE- Self-massage / Myofascial Release w/ Balls with 5-Shannon
Wonderful. Exactly what I needed to help recover from shoulder and elbow injuries. Class was only 45 mins though, not one hour. Would definitely go back as Shannon covers different areas of the body in each class.
LE- Springboard - Stretch & Strengthen with 4-Monique
Not that hard. Prefer the heavy equipment class.

What is ClassPass?
