We have operable roof skylights and keep the front door open for air flow through.
Extra sanitation
Saunas are cleaned after each session. Cold spa's are salt water with pumps & filtration.Ice baths are filled with fresh water and ice daily.
Limited amenity access
Open rinse showers can be used for a "quick" wash before entering the sauna if necessary.A rinsing of sweat is mandatory before entering the cold spas or ice baths. There are two unisex toilets.Amenities are not suitable for getting ready for work.
