About this studio

A revolution in boutique fitness: Interval Training, Cycling and Yoga. At District Fitness you will experience amazing instructors, complimentary workout and shower towel service, cycle shoes and limited spaces in each class for individualised support and correct technique. Emerging technology new to New Zealand which will help you achieve better results and track your improvement. Whether you are feeling like a high intensity workout, a cardio workout or mindful movement the choice is yours. At District they believe that fitness should be fun. They ride, they lift, they run, they stretch all in a bid to feel great. The best part: They do it together, as a community.

How to prepare

They would like to make your visit to us an easy one. At District they provide everything on site so you just need to bring yourself and be ready to go. For your first class they suggest arriving 15 minutes early to show you around the studio and how to use the onsite self-locking lockers. In cycle they provide click in shoes for your safety, in HIIT and Boxing they say wear supportive sports shoes but provide gloves and wraps (at an additional cost) and for Yoga and Barre all you need is yourself. Workout towels and shower towels are provided.

How to get there

District Fitness is located on level 2 of the QBE Building at 125 Queen St, Level 2, Auckland. You can either use the lifts in the main foyer of the QBE building and take them up to level 2 or if you're coming when the main foyer is closed head up Swanson lane from Queen Street, directly opposite Shortland Street, take the stairs to the left and turn left at the top of the stairs. Yoga Flow with Maria
Very bad air in the class, no oxygen at all. Class was packed, hardly any room to do the exercises properly. A lot of noise from the hit class in the other room. Instructor was great! Could however correct participants a little more.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
