Such an awesome sweat out. Definitely recommend it!

It was a really fun class! I personally think it’s not an intense workout like HIIT but you would work on your natural movement like how you move during an obstacle on your daily life. I still sweat a lot! This month theme if I’m not mistake is jumping & vaulting. It really benefits for both active & people who just started fitness. Plus Elaine & Imelda are really good & fun!

This was great!! Few such strength/conditioning classes at these weekday morning slots so appreciated this a lot! Highly recommended & unique studio plus Matt’s a fantastic trainer...always explains why you do each exercise and the right techniques for it

About this studio

They run the largest sports and fitness training facility in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. District 13 is home for everyone who enjoys working out in a community with a long term goal in fitness. Discover your values and learn the difference between exercising and training for a bigger purpose. Their training programmes help you find your edge and develop a sounder and healthier mind and body. Anyone is welcome to take this journey as long as they are committed. ​Learn basic skill in gymnastics and weight training using dumbbells and kettle bells. Fundamentals are the blocks of fun when you make fitness as part of your lifestyle choice. You can only experience high intensity interval training if you can do the movements in a safe and efficient manner.

What is ClassPass?
