They run the largest sports and fitness training facility in Petaling Jaya, Malaysia. District 13 is home for everyone who enjoys working out in a community with a long term goal in fitness. Discover your values and learn the difference between exercising and training for a bigger purpose. Their training programmes help you find your edge and develop a sounder and healthier mind and body. Anyone is welcome to take this journey as long as they are committed. ​Learn basic skill in gymnastics and weight training using dumbbells and kettle bells. Fundamentals are the blocks of fun in fitness as part of your lifestyle choice. You can only experience high intensity interval training if you can do the movements designed a circuit in a safe and efficient manner.

What is ClassPass?
