Reviews for Crunch Gym
3/4 of the machines I got on were broken on the third floor. Staff is always the best though!

The Ride with Shermineh
That was a joke of a class. I dont know if the instructor has had any training in proper spin technique or drills. At the beginning of class she was telling people to set up their bikes incorrectly and in a way that could injure them. Also she was telling us to be in a hill but have a cadence of 120 rpms. That is ridiculous.

really bad sub.
HIIT THE ROAD with Markus
Instructor really nice. However, very inefficient as we had to hit the computer every 5 seconds when it would go dark. You want to be able to track your RPMs throughout but cant do unless you constantly turn the computer light back on. Also instructors instructions were not clear enough. For example, what is 1 - he said that often. 1%, 1/10, something else?

Cool looking gym, looks like a theater converted into a gym with the cool architecture. Tight spaces though but u can find little nooks to do your own exercises.

Cardio Kickboxing with Wendy
There was a substitute and she did a hybrid of kickboxing and HIIT. Not quite what I signed up for. Looking forward to taking the actual cardio kick class. This gym is really cool though! Looks like it used to be an old theater. Definitely a unique environment
The Ride with Danny
Playlist was less than satisfactory but the class was AMAZING. Awesome workout!
ZUU with Jorge
go go go type of class where you make the most of your half hour. thighs were burning by the end and I was probably the slowest on many of the drills but the classmates and instructor were encouraging without putting too much of a spotlight on that fact.
nice facility and equipment, but the gym feels too dim for me to keep my energy level up
Vinyasa Yoga with Ali
Class is a great workout. Reza understands anatomy well and can eloquently address what to do with your body for the best positions. He pushes you to try your best and gives variations so that you never over-exert yourself, which really makes it an open level class. I like that he reminds you not to focus on your neighbors, but on your own practice. I find some instructors pick favorites but Reza doesnt. Hes very hands on, esp with anyone trying new things in class

Awesome class! Great instructor!
Ripped Ride with Phyllis
Great teacher, good workout. Dont see the point in having a workout meter (RPM, Watts, etc) if I cant see it due to lights being off.
This gym is awful. Long line just to check in, locker rooms under construction, zero assistance for new visitors looking for equipment, and very unfriendly staff. Im sorry I wasted class credits on this.
Great for zero credits
5 stars for the value (1 credit).
