Great class. FYI, this was less bosu than I expected. It is a full body workout, which is great too

This place is great but if youre there for open gym time during the noon spin class then 20mins in to class the instructor opens the door to the first floor studio and blasts his music and microphone *SO* loud I cant hear my own headphones from the 3rd floor. If I wanted to take your spin class, I would have taken it.

Markus is the best strength training instructor in SF!!! He is so clear with his directions on each move and cares about form and everyone getting their best workout. This is my favorite strength train workout in the city!! Get ready to SWEAT

Went around 730am mid week. Super busy, but worse than that is its pretty filthy. And the first two cardio machines I tried were broken.

Good class. Felt like it could have been harder and there was too much time between exercises. I love the exercises Wendy picks, though.

Killer X Training with Ben
Instructor warns you that this is a very fast paced boot camp style class. Not for those just getting back into working out. As a first timer, it was difficult to remember all the combinations and rep count instructions. The regulars seemed to have it down though. You can get away with doing your best (thats what counts). Did not feel very welcome, but it was a great workout.

The class is super fun and Wendy is a great instructor. The routine was a little fast, but overall great. Will be returning.

The teacher had great energy but I felt like there wasnt clear direction given. I didnt know when I was supposed to turn the resistance down (it seemed like she was pedaling extremely fast while we were supposed to be climbing a hill) and often couldnt hear over the music. I felt a little confused the whole time.

Very fun, upbeat class. Was a lot of pivot work so it ended up hurting my feet a little bit. I was sore the next two days though!
