How to prepare

NOTE: Be sure to bring your own mat. Rentals are available for $2. Wear comfortable clothes; clothes that are form-fitting may be best-suited as they will not hinder your movement through the poses; also clothes that are too revealing may feel awkward as you get your body into some interesting postures. Yoga props are available for you to use in each studio room. Please use a block, strap, or blanket as needed. If you are a new student, grab one of each so you can modify your practice as need

The class was good. I definitely got a good workout. But there was a scheduling issue which meant no live music. Also it was incredibly crowded, which made it hard to see and follow the teacher.

core flow with Lauren M. was more of a restorative class, not a core focused. I have taken core classes at CC yoga and left feeling invigorated but this was not. Slow pace and Lauren was hard to understand judging by the many puzzled looks of students.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
