About this studio

City Surf’s full-body 45-minute workouts are designed to tone your body, burn between 450 and 600 calories, strengthen your core, and improve your level of fitness combining functional movements, high intensity, and stability training techniques. Our classes host 12 clients ensuring one-on-one attention from our team and feature stability surfboards designed to increase your core strength and dynamic balance. You will move between body weight, kettlebell, resistance band, and dumbbell exercises on the board and on the floor - with inspiring music and highly qualified personal trainers. Each class emphasizes a specific goal - cardiorespiratory fitness, muscular endurance, and functional/stabilization core strength - with the intention of developing a strong, lean, and toned body.

How to prepare

Please arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class! We recommend you bring a water bottle and towel. Water can be purchased and towels can be rented for $1 at the studio. Yoga mats are not required or needed for our Yoga classes - but you may bring one if you prefer.

How to get there

We are located on the corner of 19th Ave and Pearl St. There is ample street parking and two parking garages on Pearl Street in between 19th and 20th Ave. Please arrive 10 minutes early if it is your first time attending the class.
