Went in the morning (8AM) and basically had the entire gym to myself which was refreshing!
Core Strength with Davita
15 minute abs/core/hips class over lunch break. Great instructor! Just what I needed for a quick workout. Only con is I wish this class wasnt 6 credits to take. Since its so short it should be less credits on ClassPass in my opinion.

We love this gym; especially in the mornings (5:00am - 6:30am) because its so quiet. But EVERY SINGLE TIME we workout here we are pressured to join... not exaggerating, we have literally told them were not interested in joining 6+ times. Love the gym, but stop pressuring us to join at 5:00am in the morning. Please!

MAN this class is a workout! But great!!! Challenging but encourages you to push yourself! Ill definitely be back!

Kelley was great! And 45 minutes was the perfect time to get a killer workout in on my lunch break!
Metabolic Conditioning with Davita
Only suggestions would be slightly too crowded and would like it if instructor came around to do corrections on movements more, which admittedly is hard with such a big class.
