About this studio

Carrie's Pilates Plus combines the strengthening benefits of weight training, the rapid non-stop movement of cardio, and the postural-enhancing benefits of Pilates. The workout is fun, intense, and will give you results you can actually feel and see IMMEDIATELY! We highly recommend that new clients take a beginner level class before jumping into a regular CPP class. The Beginner Level class is open to all new students or students who would like to perfect their form before joining a faster-paced class. GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED, and are available for purchase/rent. Anyone who doesn't arrive at least 5 minutes in advance automatically forfeits their spot and will be marked as absent. How to prepare

Students should bring a small towel for their face, a water bottle, and grip socks. Grip socks ARE required and available for purchase if you do not own any. Anyone without grip socks will not be allowed into class for health and sanitation reasons. We do have sock and towel rental available, and alkaline water available for purchase. Athletic tights are most comfortable to perform in, but any athletic gear that isn't too loose is recommended.

Probably my least fave teacher Ive taken so far, I love this Pilates studio and have taken all of my friends here!! I like how other instructors really pay attention to every student in the class and make corrections or other poses based on needs or injury. This instructor wasnt very attentive or warm.

Well I'm certainly sore! It was a great workout. The only thing is I wish Charity was a little more hands on and not hold back from correcting people's form.

Worst instructor ive ever had here. I took the arms and abs class and in the beginning of the class she asked us if we wanted to work on something else...i raised my hands and voted for NO. like hello i signed up for arms & abs for a reason. Since I voted no she said we couldnt change the class because she needs a 100% vote to change. THEN during the class she started making us do inner thigh work & squats. I was pretty mad because I didnt sign up to work on my legs/butt...I was looking for 45 full minutes of abs & arms
