About this studio

Carrie's method combines the strengthening benefits of weight training, the rapid non-stop movement of cardio, and the postural-enhancing benefits of Pilates. The workout is fun, intense, and will give you results you can actually feel and see immediately! We highly recommend that new clients take a beginner level class before jumping into a regular CPP class. The Beginner Level class is open to all new students or students who would like to perfect their form before joining a faster-paced class. GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED, and are available for purchase/rent. Anyone who doesn't arrive at least 5 minutes in advance automatically forfeits their spot and will be marked as absent. Please sign in on the Sign In Sheet at front desk before entering class.

How to prepare

Students should bring a small towel for their face, a water bottle, and grip socks. Grip socks ARE required and available for purchase if you do not own any. Anyone without grip socks will not be allowed into class for safety, health, and sanitation reasons. We do have sock and towel rental available, and alkaline water available for purchase. Athletic tights are most comfortable to perform in, but any athletic gear that isn't too loose is recommended.

What is ClassPass?
