About this studio

C4 Fitness is a group fitness center and personal training gym offering Boot Camp, Kettlebell, HIIT, Weight Lifting, Tabata, Yoga and more! We take pride in meeting everyone where they are at with their fitness journey, from beginner to elite athlete, with an intense focus on proper form and mechanics of movement. All classes and exercises can be modified to fit every level, and we take great pride in our welcoming and supportive atmosphere. We like to work hard, but we also like to have fun and we don't take ourselves too seriously. Come to class prepared to get a great workout, meet some new friends, and get in a few laughs while you are at it. We look forward to meeting you! **NOTE on child care: Some options are available. How to prepare

Please always arrive at least 10 minutes prior to class (10-15 minutes if this is your FIRST class with C4 OR if you are attending Bars & Bells, which requires some equipment set up before class). Please bring CLEAN shoes for the gym to preserve our floors, in addition to a water bottle. We provide towels free of charge and we have a drinking fountain in the gym for refills as needed. We also offer bottled water, vitamin water, muscle milk, and various snacks for purchase.

How to get there

They are located in Apple Valley, MN near the intersection of County Road 42 and Pilot Knob Road on Upper 147th Street West between Johnny Cake Ridge Road and Pilot Knob Road.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.

Price of membership depends on your plan type and city, and you can book and explore classes ranging from yoga to barre to cycling to martial arts – the options are truly endless!

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
