Straight from the headquarters in Bangkok, Bungee Workout™ is exclusive to Grand Jeté Dance Studio in Hong Kong. Much like Bangkok, the bustling city gets to us sometimes and we forget to set ourselves free. They are proud to bring this new fun and energizing experience to the people of Hong Kong. Can you imagine a workout that is also fun at the same time? Come bounce off the walls with them and see what they're all about!

Super fun class. Be patient and wait for it, after all the safety warm up and prep, a fun sequence put together for an exhilarating experience. Will definately keep going with this class for more advance experiences and recommend to people.

Rosanna was vibrant and attentive, making the class particularly comfortable for me as a first-timer. If you’re looking for a new form of exercise, I would highly recommend giving Bungee Workout a try. The novelty and fun of the class distracted me from the sore muscles, and Rosanna’s easy grace as she executed the moves inspired me to keep going. The location of the studio is also great, and I can imagine that during the day the floor-length windows would illuminate the room beautifully. All that being said, be warned that some of the exercises can be pretty taxing on the wrists and the ankles especially if you’re unfamiliar with the bungee. If those are weak areas for you, remember to take the necessary precautions and let the instructor know beforehand.

What is ClassPass?
