About this studio

High-intensity resistance training classes using customized btone machines or the WaterRower at this Newbury Street exercise studio will help you transform your body quickly and efficiently. They offer both TONE classes on the btone machines and Row classes on the Waterrowers. Both offer low impact on your joints, but are HIGHLY effective. NOTE: Per ClassPass policy, reservations are valid at the confirmed location ONLY. If a user goes to the wrong location, they will be charged a missed class fee for not showing at their confirmed location. Additionally, to attend class at Back Bay without a confirmed reservation for the Back Bay location, they must pay the drop-in fee. GRIP SOCKS REQUIRED

How to prepare

GRIP SOCKS ARE REQUIRED, they are available for purchase at the studio please arrive early to purchase. Please note, Circuit Row classes require sneakers. Bring a water bottle for filtered water. Please bring a hand towel if you need one. They do have one shower with shampoo and body wash. Must bring your own towel.

How to get there

Late arrivals will NOT be permitted into class and will count as a missed class. You must arrive 10 minutes prior to class start time. NOTE: Reservations are valid at the confirmed location ONLY. If a user goes to the wrong location, they will be charged a missed class fee for not showing at their confirmed location. Additionally, to attend class at Back Bay without a confirmed reservation for the Back Bay location, they must pay the drop-in fee.

Lisa was a fantastic instructor. She corrected my form in a way hat was encouraging and she made it a point to check in with me before class to ask if I was working with any injuries.

Review would be higher but instructor was incredibly rude. I love btone and every other instructor I've had was amazing. Margaret was very rude and made my experience unpleasant. I will not be taking her class again.

Getting back into Btone after an extended break is hard - everything hurts! But as long as you know you can always take the spring level down to make it easier, so you don’t injure yourself and hate your instructor, it’ll be ok.

What is ClassPass?
