How to prepare

1. Be ready to be challenged and inspired 2. All first-timers must fill out a waiver 3. For Yoga: Feel free to bring your own mat, or you may rent one for $2 4. For Climbing & Day Passes: Regular shoes are not permitted on our walls, gear rental is available 5. For Group Exercise: come ready to sweat Climbing Day Passes include a facility orientation, which is mandatory for all new participants.

How to get there

Take the F train to 21st Street; the 7, 7x, N, Q to Queensboro Plaza; the E, M, R to Queens Plaza. Or, you can take the Q69 / Q103 bus.

I went in the morning on a holiday, so the place wasnt too crowded. For beginners with the day pass, we had bouldering (shorter walls with no harness) and the four auto-belay walls available to us. After a couple hours, we were really feeling it in our arms and fingers! The place also has a small gym below, ping pong table, and grounded slack line to try out.

What is ClassPass?
