How to prepare

Please wear comfortable Fitness Wear, Socks or can be done in bear feet.

How to get there

Royal Oak tube station is 100 yards away. Turn left out of the station, walk over the bridge and you’ll see our studio. Bayswater tube station is 0.6 miles (ten minutes) away. Turn left out of the station and walk up Queensway, past Whiteleys shopping centre to the main traffic light junction. Walk up Porchester Road and our studio is on the right hand side just before the bridge. Queensway station is 0.7 miles (eleven minutes) away. Exit onto Queensway and walk north until you reach Bayswater

I liked the technical side of the class, however, for the past couple of times I’ve found that this particular instructor was slightly uninterested in being there. There was very little positivity or motivation extended to the participants.

the overall environment is more "gym style" than a Pilates studio. the workout was good though. However, teachers should take 5full minutes at least to do proper stretching at the end. It is very important and must be considered as part of the session as well
