About this studio
Boost Fitness offers women-only fitness classes. Boost Fitness' owner and instructor, Julie White, is known for her Elite Piloxing experience and for her energetic and motivational teaching techniques. With over 16 years of group fitness experience, Julie offers 3 unique fitness classes. Piloxing....a mix of boxing, Pilates and dance. Piloxing Barre...punches and plies at the ballet barre. Body Boost...Julie's own HIIT class with light weights, bands, balls and the latest fitness techniques.boostfit.net+1 714 396 3299
How to prepare
Barefoot training is encouraged for the Piloxing and Piloxing Barre classes but not required. Good shoes should be worn for the Body Boost class. Piloxing gloves will be provided for first time Class Pass users.
How to get there
The studio is located between The Little Gym and Lush Nail salon in the corner of the Marshall's shopping center.
