About this studio
BodyMindLife was created from their love, curiosity and passion for the journey inwards. Through dynamic vinyasa, flying antigravity and yin yoga they aim to balance the body, calm the mind and reduce the stress of busy city living. Their light and airy studios have been purpose built to provide a healing and nourishing space. They offer the best in local and international teaching, world class teacher training, inspiring workshops and events, giving you the space, support and opportunity to live your yoga. How to prepare
Please make sure to bring your own towel, water bottle and yoga mat (if you are taking a yoga class) or pilates socks (if you are taking a pilates class).
How to get there
BodyMindLife Redfern overlooks the leafy treetops of Redfern Park. It is home to a light and airy yoga and pilates studios. The studio is located at 15/245 Chalmers Street, between Redfern and Turner Streets. Enter through the main gates, hook a left and head up the stairs. It is a five minute walk from Redfern Station and close to major bus routes. Limited metered and unmetered street parking is available around the studio. Parking From 6.30pm on weeknights, you can gain entry by pressing the after-hours buzzer, just inside the front gates.
