About this studio

Each class consists of 60 minutes of varying treadmill & floor intervals. Walker, Jogger and Runner guidelines allow individuals of differing fitness levels to push themselves where they are most comfortable. Our instructors are certified and trained to personalize your workout and correct your form. An instructor assistant will replenish your water bottle, swap out your towel, and provide you with heavier or lighter equipment as needed so you can focus on giving your body the best workout possible! All clients MUST arrive prior to the start of class or you will not be permitted entry. First time BLAST clients must arrived 15 before class for a safety demonstration, or you will not be permitted entry.

How to prepare

IMPORTANT NOTE: For all classes, it is important you allow enough time for parking and arrive on time for class! NEW USERS: If this is your first visit to BLAST, please make sure you sign up at least a day or two ahead of time, so we can guarantee your spot*. You must arrive 15 minutes early to get acquainted with equipment and go over safety precautions. *BLAST currently only allows 1 new client per class to ensure that they get the most out of their BLAST experience!

I always want to like blast more than I do. As an ex-Orangetheory member, I really love the format. Its a great workout and I always feel stronger. That said, the instructors are so loud that its ear piercing. Im only 25, their instruction really shouldnt hurt my ears like that. I always am not a fan of how were instructed to jump the rails for safety reasons. Still, a great workout, but would just change a few things.

Andrew used to be my favorite instructor but I hadnt been to him in a while. He sounded legit like a psycho on crack. SCREAMING at us. Not one motivating word. More like berating us for what we were doing. He offered no modifications and was DEFINITELY making up the floor routine as he went. we would do a move on one side and he would forget... Playlist was like being in a madhouse. Hardcore metal. Wont go back to him unfortunately

What is ClassPass?

The number of classes you can take and the number of times you can visit a studio per month depends on which plan you're on. You can figure out which plan you're on by going to your Account Settings and looking under 'Your current plan.' With hundreds of studios in our ever-growing network, you're bound to always find a new class to enjoy. When your cycle renews, you can go back and revisit those favorites yet again!
