About this studio

Barry’s is an hour-long cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to their carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Their clients spend 25-30 minutes running on the treadmill and 25-30 minutes doing strength training, broken into rounds.

How to get there

You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away to waitlisted clients and you will be charged for the class.

Like their smoothie! The workout is ok. I feel the directions of the treadmill and the ground weights workout are not very clear for newbies, trainer also don’t show us the forms coz most of people there are regulars.

The lower body class is great. Astrid gives really thorough instructions and pays attention to form. I really loved her class. Running on treadmill at different intervals is tough, but once you overcome that feeling that you can no longer bear it a whole other you pushes you forward. From there you go back to circuit training and another time back into the treadmill and the. Once again back to the circuits. You will push yourself to the limit. Once you are done you will feel accomplished!

Instructor talked the whole time not allowing you to get i to any type of ‘grove’. Only care about their own personal appearance versus actually training.

What is ClassPass?
