About this studio

Barry’s is an hour-long cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to their carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Their clients spend 25-30 minutes running on the treadmill and 25-30 minutes doing strength training, broken into rounds.

How to prepare

Please note that Barry's sometimes has to change their instructors. In order to remain updated, please make sure you subscribe to the Barry's newsletter in your Barry's Bootcamp account. If this is your first time taking a class at Barry's Bootcamp, you now have an account with their website! If you want access your account, go to www.barrysbootcamp.com, click on "Sign In" then "Forgot your password?" A password reset email will be sent to the email address you used to reserve!

How to get there

You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away to waitlisted clients and you will be charged for the class. You will be randomly assigned a spot on the treadmill or the floor at the studio’s discretion. Thank you for understanding

Full Body (60 Minutes) with Gali
Great workout but the instructors dont really do much they just call out orders. Also, this instructor ran the class all the way to the end and said we didnt have time to stretch and we needed to leave the room for the next class. For how hard youre working out here - you need to stretch.

Stood in the rain for 15 mins as the doors were locked an no one picked up the phone. The instructor walked into the building 3 minutes before the start of the class. No induction for the new people and when we ended no stretch. We were invited to stay in the room and stretch but we're then told to leave by staff for the next class.

What is ClassPass?
