About this studio

Barry’s is an hour-long cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to their carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Their clients spend 25-30 minutes running on the treadmill and 25-30 minutes doing strength training, broken into rounds.

How to prepare

Please note that Barry's sometimes has to change their instructors. In order to remain updated, please make sure you subscribe to the Barry's newsletter in your Barry's Bootcamp account. If this is your first time taking a class at Barry's Bootcamp, you now have an account with their website! If you want access your account, go to www.barrysbootcamp.com, click on "Sign In" then "Forgot your password?" A password reset email will be sent to the email address you used to reserve!

How to get there

You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away to waitlisted clients and you will be charged for the class. You will be randomly assigned a spot on the treadmill or the floor at the studio’s discretion. Thank you for understanding

Good workout but instructions were a bit confusing for the floor section. Wish the instructor had demonstrated the floor moves. Also, way more arms than abs. Good treadmill portion though!

Barry’s never fails. This was my first time training with Joe and his energy & enthusiasm was fantastic. I was paying particular attention as to how joe treated the 1st timers and he couldn’t have been more helpful and motivating. Great work bro.

Class was wonderful and challenging. The only negative to it was how gendered it was- the teacher kept giving separate instructions for the guys and the girls (ie telling girls to take lighter weights) which is a bit off-putting in such a progressive city.

First timer. High intensity full body workout. Have been to many classes that lacked instruction or physical exertion, but this one kicked my @$$. Nice atmosphere (dark!) friendly instructor and pleasant staff all around. Will definitely return

What is ClassPass?
