About this studio

Barry’s is an hour-long cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to their carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Their clients spend 25-30 minutes running on the treadmill and 25-30 minutes doing strength training, broken into rounds.

How to prepare

Please note that Barry's sometimes has to change their instructors. In order to remain updated, please make sure you subscribe to the Barry's newsletter in your Barry's Bootcamp account. If this is your first time taking a class at Barry's Bootcamp, you now have an account with their website! If you want access your account, go to www.barrysbootcamp.com, click on "Sign In" then "Forgot your password?" A password reset email will be sent to the email address you used to reserve!

How to get there

You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away to waitlisted clients and you will be charged for the class.

My first Barrys boot camp class. It was fast paced and quick, but a great workout. You will definitely come out if class feeling great! You can go at your own pace if necessary. Will definitely take class again.

Albert's class was one of the most challenging Barry's classes I've done. But he was so energetic and supportive along the way. Awesome class!!

I love Barrys but this instructor wasnt great. Instructions were mostly yelled and rarely demonstrated. When people did moves wrong she just shouted instructions again and again. She seemed disinterested in teaching the class. Overall not a very motivating class.

What is ClassPass?
