About this studio

Barry’s is an hour-long cardio and strength-building workout designed to help your body burn up to 1,000 calories thanks to their carefully crafted program that is as effective as it is fun. Their clients spend 25-30 minutes running on the treadmill and 25-30 minutes doing strength training, broken into rounds.

How to prepare

Please note that Barry's sometimes has to change their instructors. In order to remain updated, please make sure you subscribe to the Barry's newsletter in your Barry's Bootcamp account. If this is your first time taking a class at Barry's Bootcamp, you now have an account with their website! If you want access your account, go to www.barrysbootcamp.com, click on "Sign In" then "Forgot your password?" A password reset email will be sent to the email address you used to reserve!

How to get there

You must be physically present 5 minutes prior to the start of class or your spot will be given away to waitlisted clients and you will be charged for the class.

Cant remember ever being so disappointed in a fitness class. The class was split up into rounds of cardio on treadmills and workouts on the floor with weights. Despite my hatred for treadmills, the running was the most enjoyable part. The workouts with weights were boring and consisted of pretty much just basic squats and lunges. There was nothing creative about the routine and I found myself wondering how much time was left before the class was over. The instructor seemed inexperienced and gave zero cues on how to properly execute the moves for beginners who may have been in the class. I noticed many of the people around me were doing movements with incorrect form and instead of correcting them the instructor would say things like great job & keep pushing! As if she was reading a script instead of actually watching what her students were doing. Im assuming shes a new trainer and if so Barrys should be a little more thorough in preparing their teachers to lead a class.

What is ClassPass?
