Instructor was a beast

Full Body (60 Minutes) with Casey
Casey is the best instructor. So tough but great workout and fun music!

Instructor was not good at demonstrating floor exercises
Full Body (60 Minutes) with Ashley
Ashley has great energy and is well organized. I like going at off peak hours because you get to keep the same treadmill through the whole class and can track your progress. 3 rounds of treadmill and 3 rounds of floor work (weights , pylometrics, bench). This location is nice, similar to others but newer. There are shower towels, small towels. They now use Oribe hand soap which Im not a fan of the fragrance. There are lockers in the locker room and hall. Only thing I wish they had was a water fountain that you could fill yourself. Annoyingly you have to ask the smoothie people to do it for you from the sink.
Full Body (60 Minutes) with Lindsey
Lindsey is the only Barry's instructor whom I look forward to taking bc you really never know what to expect for the hour long tushy-kicking, but you know it's gong to be a challenging + sweat dripping session. I do have to agree with another comment about how her normally awesome music has been off lately, but she created a fab 4 section program tonight + I was still able to clock a smidge over 3 miles in the <22min we had on the tread.

Great workout- instructions for the treadmill could have been clearer
Full Body (60 Minutes) with Danielle
Last round of treadmill inclines are insane
Full Body (60 Minutes) with Lindsey
Really liked the super short sets! Nice to keep switching it up, and Lindsey made sure the transitions didn't cut down the class time. she had a boss playlist as well and the exact right words of encouragement when I was fatiguing.
Abs (60 Minutes) with Casey
Great class as always but wish they wouldnt skip the stretch at the end.
