I enjoyed the pacing and flow of this class. There was a good focus on strengthening and toning as well as a nice stretch at the end. Tanya was attentive and friendly. Will attend again.

Barre Body is a full body workout fusing ballet barre conditioning, yoga and Pilates. It specifically targets and tones your lesser-used muscles.

How to get there

Barre Body Surry Hills studio is about 3 minutes walk from Central Station at the Elizabeth Street end of Cooper Street. If you are driving, they recommend the free two hour parking on Riley Street, which is also a 3 minute walk from the studio.

What is ClassPass?
