Very good workout. Some TRX-branded classes only utilize the TRX system for an exercise or two, but we used it the whole session. My session was 8 credits, which is more than I usually use for a 45-minute strength workout. To be competitive with similar classes, it should be slightly less credits.

Good introductory class to understand TRX. If there were experienced users in my class it would have been less instruction heavy the instructor said. It is a good workout and I loved the stretching with TRX at the end.
