About this studio

Ballet Bodies was created in 2008. Designed by a ballet dancer, their method is accessible to everybody (men and women)! Cross-training is the key to longevity as a dancer and at Ballet Bodies, no form of exercise is off-limits as long as it keeps you strong, lean and injury-free. Whether you’re on classic Pilates equipment (Reformers or Cadillacs) or utilizing just your body as your prime mode of movement, each movement draws its inspiration from a pro dancer’s precision and grace. The BB method will change the way you feel in body, mind and spirit.

How to prepare

Please wear sneakers for Burn. Ballet shoes or socks are perfectly fine for all other ballet and mat ballet classes. The entrance to the studio is in the rear of the building. They provide towels, lockers (bring a lock) as well as complimentary tea and water.

How to get there

There is minimal parking behind the building. There is street parking in the area and the meters accept cards.

Wonderful and relaxing class. Be warned its a little slow but once in a while thats really nice. Ill be back!
Ballet Basic with Romi
Great class! First time taking ballet in 10 years, so it was great that it was a basic class all at the barre (no turns or across the floor), but not too introductory (she assumes you know what 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th positions are). Will definitely take again!

Awesome stretch class.
Burn with Sianad
Jump part (15min of class) was really fun, the rest of it just ok. Couldn't hear instructor and class was too crowded for a small room. I would probably return but not in a hurry.
Ballet Basic with Sianad
Fun dance workout with lots of graceful movements. Great for improving postures and toning your legs.

Great full body stretching and toning class! Ashley is a great instructor.

The teacher was sweet and motivating, but the music was too loud so at times it was hard to hear her. The place REEKED of some type of patchouli, I almost puked when I walked in the door and in fact had to leave the class early because the nausea was just too strong from the smell. Also the front desk girl was rude, didnt look up from her phone when I walked in or when I left.

Ashley gives a great stretch class. Hands on adjustments, and poses that are great for all levels!
