About this studio

Ballet Bodies was created in 2008. Designed by a ballet dancer, their method is accessible to everybody (men and women)! Cross-training is the key to longevity as a dancer and at Ballet Bodies, no form of exercise is off-limits as long as it keeps you strong, lean and injury-free. Whether you’re on classic Pilates equipment (Reformers or Cadillacs) or utilizing just your body as your prime mode of movement, each movement draws its inspiration from a pro dancer’s precision and grace. The BB method will change the way you feel in body, mind and spirit.

How to prepare

Please wear sneakers for Burn. Ballet shoes or socks are perfectly fine for all other ballet and mat ballet classes. The entrance to the studio is in the rear of the building. They provide towels, lockers (bring a lock) as well as complimentary tea and water.

How to get there

There is minimal parking behind the building. There is street parking in the area and the meters accept cards.

Jenny is so sweet, friendly and a wonderful inspiration as a teacher. Since she is a ballerina herself she can model all the moves to perfection yet still teaches in a way that is most accessible for all levels. I'm a hooked regular!

Hard but overall a great workout with a killer ab burning series.

Fast-paced hour that fits and all the basics. Romi helps you gather what you don't pick up on your own.

This was my first time with this teacher and I really liked her class! She focuses more on breathing through the stretches than others do (if I remember correctly) and that was super helpful for me. She gave good adjustments to the stretch poses, too. After feeling like my body was out of whack all week, I left feeling normal again.

Amazing instructor. Demonstrated proper technique and was great about helping us make adjustments when necessary. Playlist was an added bonus.
