Postural Yoga with Ron
A very refreshing class! Studio was beautiful and smelled good. The instructor was also very helpful and expertise in his work. Overall an amazing experience—felt like I just walked out of a high class spa!

This class isn’t like anything I’ve ever taken before. Focuses on form and working specific muscles/areas. You aren’t going to break a sweat in the class but you’re going to be align mind/body to maximize the workout. Very good class to supplement your workout regime with.

Erin was amazing! She was so friendly, caring and fixing your postures throughout the class. I walked out of there feel like i have fixed so many moves that i did not know i did wrong before and feel every muscle of mine is screaming. Will be back again

Really detailed and helpful info is given to individuals, so if you want a pretty intense workout but are struggling with injuries/postural issues and seeking the right modifications this might be just the thing for you. I thought the title was misleading since, while you work up a sweat, it's not a typical cardio class. More strengthening. After class you have a sense of accomplishment. She's really upbeat and informative. All the postural exercise classes I've done here are great.
Postural Pilates with Erin
The class was a really great workout, however both myself and another classpasser felt Erin’s attitude was pretentious and at times condescending. I try a class with another instructor but did not appreciate Erin’s treatment. During class, when we didn’t know poses and did them incorrectly she told us we were cheating to make the moves easier and we couldn’t trick her since she knows all the cheats. Then at the end, when we offered to wipe down our mats she told us that if we were familiar with luxury classes the we would know we didn’t have to clean up. We asked about equipment around the studio and she said those were for use with private clients and not for those on class pass. Then she told us the studio does mostly private clients and only offers one class pass session a day and she hoped to see us same time next week. Not going back to Erin but may be back for the nice studio and good core and oblique workout.

Postural Pilates with Erin
Very good attention to form. You'll definitely work the lower / vertical abs. Music at low volume which is important to me (loud music leads to hearing loss!).
Postural Therapy with Marie
Very different from any other class I've taken (and I've taken many). This is not an exercise class; you won't work up a sweat. It's more like a mix between slow yoga and meditation, with an emphasis on correct alignment/posture. Marie is very sweet and keeps classes small (we had 6 total) so that she can be attentive to everyone. I'm not sure if I'll go back to this particular class because I prefer more high energy workouts, but I'm definitely going to try the studio's other classes!
Postural Pilates with Erin
Excellent class. Very thoughtful feedback. The instructor is trained in contemporary Pilates and informally described this class as "Pilates on speed." Not just toning but also posture focused. I'm excited to try all the classes here.
