At Balans Organic Spa, they invite you to experience the importance of the quality of ingredients used in skincare and cosmetics. Using the finest products, they pamper you with organic facials, organic body treatments, organic massage, and organic makeup. They include nutrition and health consulting for health from inside out. They also have a private floatation therapy suite to float into wellness and further detox your skin and body. Organic is not a product, it's a lifestyle.

Postural Sculpt & Cardio with Erin
Very good attention to form. You'll definitely work the lower / vertical abs. Music at low volume which is important to me (loud music leads to hearing loss!).
Postural Therapy with Marie
Very different from any other class I've taken (and I've taken many). This is not an exercise class; you won't work up a sweat. It's more like a mix between slow yoga and meditation, with an emphasis on correct alignment/posture. Marie is very sweet and keeps classes small (we had 6 total) so that she can be attentive to everyone. I'm not sure if I'll go back to this particular class because I prefer more high energy workouts, but I'm definitely going to try the studio's other classes!
Postural Sculpt & Cardio with Erin
Excellent class. Very thoughtful feedback. The instructor is trained in contemporary Pilates and informally described this class as "Pilates on speed." Not just toning but also posture focused. I'm excited to try all the classes here.
Postural Therapy with Marie
I was honored to take a class with Marie, the studio owner. This is a boutique studio with a small class size. The movements were very interesting and "micro." I'll see how I feel in the next few days but I think today (1 day later) I'm standing up taller. Marie is encouraging and patient. Her adjustments felt great. I am so excited to try some of the other classes and also plan to save up my $$ for a few "flotation therapy: sessions at her other location!!
Postural Yoga with Ron
Thankfully not your typical yoga class. Focused more on stretching and form. Noise from the office was a tiny bit distracting but otherwise great in a beautiful space.
Postural Therapy with Marie
I really loved this class. I was very surprised by the structure and challenges to work on the micro foundations of posture health. I’m still feeling improvements in my posture/awareness of my posture and I’m writing this 3 days after the class. I’ll be back soon!

Small classes I *think* its a great way to start the day and work on posture :) super friendly instructor! Ps went to 7am class and doors dont open to the building until at least 645(?)

Exactly the class I needed to complement my cardio and strength workouts. Ron is great. He is knowledgeable, encouraging, and offered good corrections. The small class size is perfect. I feel better after class and look forward to going back.

More focused on strength training and reps than a yoga flow. Great for folks recovering from injuries.

What is ClassPass?
