I love that Sara offers a lot of verbal cues and support, and many options for adjustment - all in a calm motivating way. You can tell she knows a lot about anatomy and has a yoga background, which I think is a positive combination with pilates practice. see all reviewsRachel‘s classes are always a challenge in the best way! Her energy is contagious, and she creates an inclusive atmosphere where both beginners and advanced students can thrive. The workout is well-paced, with clear instructions on movements, muscle engagement, and modifications for all levels. She walks around, shows how the movements are supposed to look like and corrects you on the spot which is helpful. What I noticed is that I always leave feeling accomplished, sweaty, and thinking, ‘What the f did we just do?!’ The fact that she remembers people adds a personal touch. Every class with Rachel is a banger, and I can’t wait for the next one :)

The studio is nice and clean with great equipment, however the total lack of a waiting area is getting more problematic as the weather gets colder.
