About this studio

Axis Yoga specialises in a strength Based Yoga called Yogi Strength and Alignment based yoga classes. We are passionate about cultivating a community with an intelligent movement practice that focuses on building strength, creating balance in the body, preventing injuries and providing a space that allows for a more personalised approach to your yoga practice. This is a practice for the mind and body.

How to prepare

Please wear fitness attire that allows you to move freely in. Also, although it is not required, bringing your own water bottle and towel is highly recommended.

How to get there

We're located in the heart of Elwood opposite Combi and Plain Sailing cafe at 163 Ormond Road Elwood. We're upstairs but our reception is on ground level. See you soon!

What is ClassPass?
