I didn't feel challenged at all in the class and felt like the instructor was a bit distracted throughout. the class was an hour and a half but could have been much shorter.

This class was perfect for me because 1) I have injuries and need lots of strength training and stretching, 2) like to chat during a workout, 3) was challenging and 4) amazing deal for 90 minutes. Will be back!

My legs are already sore, in the best way, tomorrow is going to be slow going up and down stairs. Ha! I’ve taken class here a bunch and all the instructors I’ve had really know their stuff about alignment, safety, and functional movement. Truly the best value on ClassPass by a long shot.

I was really excited to try this class but unfortunately it fell short of my expectations. I have taken a fair deal of Pilates classes and I expected this to be different of course, and it was, but definitely not in a good way. I choose to practice Pilates because it does not stress my bad knee and back in the way that many other forms of exercise do. However, 10 minutes into this class and I was having some of the worst pain flares I’ve experienced in ages. The equipment is pretty outdated which may have been part of the problem. One of the main things I enjoy about Pilates is the meditative aspect and focus on the breath. This class did not have any of that incorporated into it. Other members of the class were carrying on full conversations, which made it hard for me to get into a mindset where I could potentially work through some of the pain I was experiencing. The instructor was definitely knowledgeable, but I personally did not get what I was hoping for out of this class.

This is my absolute favorite! The workout is amazing, and I am sore in the best way. I feel like Im standing up taller today, I slept so well last night, and I am hooked!

What is ClassPass?
