Instructor was great and provided many modifications. Class was more intense than I expectedbased on the name of the class I thought it would be more of a yoga flow.

Love this studio. Welcoming and friendly instructor who corrects form. Interval class so moves quickly but definitely doable and modifiable.

Tough, challenging workout. It was more of an advanced class too. I was a beginner, but Katie was nice and attentive.

Nicole was great! She was more than willing to assist everyone, especially me since it was my first time. She gave me a lot of confidence and let me know that I could actually do some of the things I didnt think I could/was afraid to do, and I did it! Would for sure recommend her!
