How to prepare

Please wear yoga-like attire. No socks are needed for class! Mats are available for sale at the studio, you are welcome to bring your own.

AIR Interval with Keia
Great class. Interval is one of my favorites because it is a faster pace. You can do anything for only 30 seconds, even the more challenging exercises!

really great class. Nicole was very nice and energetic but also calm...not "too much."loved the variations and exercises we did that I don't really do anywhere else. first time taking the class and was pleased :)

i don't think the bike/screens give enough info. for example there isn't a heart rate monitor and therefore your position in the class can't be accurate either

I was afraid of going to a barre class, but yet I really wanted to try it. I am glad I tried it! I am 6 months pregnant and it was a great class. Nicole modified the workout for me as needed.

Keia was awesome!! So encouraging and great leadership. I wish I could have her kick my butt every morning.
AIR Core with Stephanie
Stephanie is such a fun instructor! She encourages you to try your hardest in each pose but offers modifications if you need to. She makes all classes very fun and encourages a laid back environment during class. I absolutely love taking classes with her and I would highly recommend her classes to beginners and advanced students alike. Her music selection is also 10/10.

What is ClassPass?

ClassPass is a new kind of gym membership that grants you access to thousands of different classes at studios and gyms in your city and around the world.
