The staff at Addeo really make sure your form is correct so that you get everything out of your workout, Jordan is very charismatic and kind in doing this.

The instructor is very knowledgeable and helpful in setting up and throughout the class. The workout areas are clean as well as the equipment. Can’t go wrong going here!

The other people in the class were very helpful with this being my first time at AddeoFit. I haven’t done a cycling class in years and it was a perfect way to get back into it! It was definitely a challenge but not TOO much of a challenge. Rachael was a very positive motivator, played fun music, and kept the class interesting. I could tell it was a nice little community at AddeoFit and I’ll be back for more!

ADF 360 with Jordan
I didnt sweat and for me that says something. I could see where the intensity would be but the breaks between each exercise were longer than the exercise itself
Ultra Fit with Sarah
LOVED THIS! Sarah was so friendly and knowledgeable, and the class had a good pace. It was half boxing and half floor work focusing on weights/strength. It was hard but fun, and Sarah was super helpful with correcting my form and modifying exercises for injuries. Also the place is massive and so clean. Im excited to try other classes here!

What is ClassPass?
