Parkour with Elijah
This class is a bit intimidating for beginners, I'm always the only newbie in the class. It's a lot of fun, but I wish the instructor paid more attention and make corrections to us beginners instead of showing off his moves with his more advanced students. It was a bit discouraging just watching them.
Aerial Conditioning with Ivo
Super fun and mentally challenging- loved the class !
Lyra (Hoop) - Intermediate *Instructor Approval Required with Chloe
Chloe's the BEST!
Tumbling- Beginning with Mia
I torn a ligament in my ankle during the warm ups and could not complete this class
Intro to AcroSports with Molly
Just more of a regular workout to. was expecting more. Molly is a cool person. and we sweat some. Though pay attention. The intro means really intro. So if you are already pretty built and just want to check this place out. Go for other classes.
Static Trapeze - All Levels with Amy
Amy is great and the class is just perfect for learning more (whatever your level is)
Hula Hoop Dance with Erin
Such a fun class! Erin is such a great instructor and is willing to teach you any fun tricks you want to learn.
Strength & Conditioning with Rachel
welcoming class. I've been a couple times. its fun Everytime and I always learn something new.
Strength & Conditioning with Rachel
Rachel is awesome! My only regret is that is I was preparing for a marathon instead of a sprint so I didnt push myself as hard as I could. Next time Ill give it my all!
Hula Hoop Dance with Erin
fun
Sling/Lyra - Beginning with Jem
Jem is a wonderful teacher! I liked that the class was structured.
Parkour with Kerryck
So much fun. I have been telling myself that I'm too tall and awkward to do sweet ninja moves, but I actually had a ton of fun playing around as a first-timer, and could see how if I went back regularly I'd be like a real life video game in a few months of classes.
Intro to Handbalancing with Ivo
took class with Ivo, who was subbing for Hannah. He had great energy, but didn't tailor the class to us beginners.
Strength & Conditioning with Mackenzie
pretty nice.
Tumbling- Beginning with Mia
incredibly fun class!!!
Intro to Handbalancing with Ivo
Ivos the best!
Intro to AcroSports with Molly
It would be nice to focus on learning more techniques rather than playing games.
Intro to Handbalancing with Hannah
Great class once again. Love the small class size.
Tumbling- Beginning with Molly
Molly really helps out each individual achieve their personal goals and improve techniques. And she's really fun, would recommend!
Tissu - Beginning with Samuel
Fantastic class for beginners- Sam was very supportive and patient. Will be coming again!
Tumbling- Beginning with Riana
It was a fun class however I had to ask what a lot of things were and for them to be demoed as it seemed assumed that you should already know. I enjoyed myself and I love all the space and equipment but maybe wouldnt be so fun for shy beginners.
Tumbling- Intermediate with Mia
Great coaching and structure!
Intro to Handbalancing with Hannah
What an AWESOME class. Newbie here. I thought I was pretty fit and athletic until I got to this class. Goodness, acrosports regulars are so strong!!! And I will be too! Soon! The instructor (and classmates too) were so encouraging, positive, and helpful throughout the class. By the end, I was able to do a 1 min handstand with minimal assistance! I was also very sore after. Good times!
Partner Acrobatics for All Levels with Andre
informative and encouraging to students
Intro to Handbalancing with Mackenzie
I love Acrosports! Ill be honest, Im a 39 year old who is just getting into shape after years of inactivity due to injury. Every time I walk into one of these classes I wonder, What have I gotten myself in to?! However the instructors are so great I always surprise myself and leave feeling empowered. Mackenzie was no exception she was very encouraging and did a great job working with different skill sets.
