Intro to Handbalancing with Mackenzie
I love Acrosports! Ill be honest, Im a 39 year old who is just getting into shape after years of inactivity due to injury. Every time I walk into one of these classes I wonder, What have I gotten myself in to?! However the instructors are so great I always surprise myself and leave feeling empowered. Mackenzie was no exception she was very encouraging and did a great job working with different skill sets.

Haha a fun class to take! Learned several hula transitions. Would take again!

Was more of a beginning tumbling class rather than partner acrobatics. Fun!

So much fun if you like being airborne! Try to practice a forward and backward roll before going.
Tumbling- Beginning with Alexa
This class was great fun! Definitely challenging for a first timer. Ability to do handstands and cartwheels is key. Definitely take the Intro to Acrosports class first. It seems most of the other people in the class were experienced beginners however the instructors were good about giving me exercises to build up to the more complicated tricks.

riana is amazing! Great instructor who gives really helpful tips and FEEDBACK. Learned a lot!
Parkour with Elijah
As a true beginner at this, my instructor was very accommodating and helpful with every move. The others in the class were just as supportive. The form he taught is very helpful for every person to learn! It was a great time!
Tissu - Beginning with Alexa
Alexa and Samuel were amazing! It was my first ever silks class and they really empowered me to try and actually do some cool stuff. It was a small group so lots of individual care and attention.

Fun class. Prob not going to wipe you out like some of the other strength classes. But def different. Instructor is very positive.

Class was pretty unstructured. Spent most of the time on very very basic things like rolls, and very little doing parkour.
Intro to AcroSports with Molly
Fun and super energetic. Really works on your flexibility. Although it didnt seem like i did much, i was definitely sore the next day! Would love to try more classes with them!

Parkour with Jesper
Good workout. A day later, and my quads are killing me. Unfortunately, so are my hands--I'm hoping this isn't an actual injury. For how hand/arm-heavy this class is, I'm surprised we didn't do any hand stretches or warm-ups. Also, this was a monkey-see-monkey-do type of class, with MUCH less instruction or corrections than other workout or sport classes. As an athletic beginner, I was frustrated having to keep asking for explanations. Despite this, I still learned a lot and can do basic moves now.

Mostly conditioning exercises including jumping, cartwheel, handstand etc. Great to get out of comfort zone and see what your body is lacking before going to specialised classes.
Primal Movement with Mackenzie
MacKenzie was very knowledgeable, attentive, and guided the class based on individuals. I got a good sweat out of class and walked away with more ways to strengthen my core, arms, and lower back!
Stretching with Serchmaa
excellent instruction and fun class! My body is on fire in all the right ways.
Intro to Handbalancing with Rowan
Rowan was super helpful and encouraging. He made sure I kept solid form. I was the only person so I basically had a personal trainer and it was great!!
Intro to AcroSports with Molly
That was the most fun I have ever had working out!! It was also challenging at times and I got a good sweat in. Molly is very down to earth and encouraging! I also really had a great time with my other class mates. I cant wait to come back and bring some friends.

Really fun class that challenged me mentally and physically. Ill definitely be back!

Cool class. VERY challenging for me. Alexa is a good instructor.
