How to prepare

Please make sure to wear fitness clothing that allows you to move freely as well as your own personal water bottle and towel. Filtered water is available on site. Please bring a fitness/yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of mats are available on a first come first serve basis.

I enjoyed this class. It was a nice combination of cardio with body weight movements to strengthen the entire core. Two days later and I'm still sore!

Kate is a great instructor who lets you know how to correctly complete exercises so that you get the most out of your workout without being hurt. This class involved more than just the TRX which was a nice change of pace.
