How to prepare

Please make sure to wear fitness clothing that allows you to move freely as well as your own personal water bottle and towel. Filtered water is available on site. Please bring a fitness/yoga mat if you have one. A limited number of mats are available on a first come first serve basis.

The instructor was really nice. I wish there was more hands-on adjustments/demonstration because as newbie to this facility, I had trouble following along/knowing exactly what we were supposed to be doing. Trx was used less than I thought it would be.
