9Round is a full-body workout that’s fast, effective and fun! Workouts include personal trainers to help you, and expert nutritional guidance. All workouts are based on the latest exercise and nutritional science. Classes combine kickboxing and full body workouts to maximize your volume and intensity.

How to get there

9Round Sage Hill is located at 18 Sage Hill Passage NW. 9Round is located West of the Walmart in the Sage Hill Shopping Plaza. Parking can be accessed in the back of the building. Take the lobby upstairs and out the back glass doors - 9Round is located just outside the doors.

Really fun. this class is a circuit class...3 min at each station. the gentleman that was running this gym was very fun and seemed like he loved his job! there is no lockers or shower rooms. But was comfortable leaving my stuff in a cubby because the gym is all open . Washrooms are large enough to change clothing if need be . would be a 5 star if there was showers! 30 min of crazy is good for anyone :)

Coach didn't say one thing to motivate any one except called me out and said that I was losing steam... well maybe he should have been more into it. I used to have a membership at 9round in Saskatoon and have been to 9rounds in Calgary quite a bit and this coach was by far the worst coach I've ever been to a workout with. He even forgot half of the time to call out a cardio thing to do during the 30seconds and the 3 times that he did, he did high knees twice and jumping jacks once.. really wasn't impressed and I didn't even say bye due to his lack of communication/motivation/presence during the workout. He was in the bathroom, back in a back room, on Facebook... just was a very poor experience. I am a coach myself and am comfortable with working out, however, if I was knew to the gym and wasn't as co doesn't working out, I would have felt very out of place and probably would have left mid workout

This is my second time here another awesome workout. Love the heart monitor and emailed workout results. Its a great idea to be able to track calorie burn and heart rate live keeps you motivated to keep going and push yourself even more. Going back tomorrow! Im hooked. Instructors are great with direction and support you really never stop. A ton of calorie burn in a short amount of time

What is ClassPass?
