About this studio

Welcome to 2110. The studio is a functional fitness style. They have a wide variety of equipment all using barbells, dumbbells, kettle bells, TRX's, bands, medicine balls and lots of rack space. They also have cardio equipment and turf with sleds. 2110 has lots of available parking, no fee. Showers with towels are provided and available. Soap and hair shampoo/conditioner are not provided. The classes they offer are muscular focused with metabolic and cardiovascular auxiliary focus. They design the classes in such a way to promote muscular growth and build your fitness ability. The classes are 45 minutes in duration. The classes are split between upper and lower body primary movements, alternating through the week. Weekend classes are a full body design.

How to prepare

Good pair of shoes that are stable with fitness attire. Please show up at least 15 minutes prior to fill out the appropriate forms and get acquainted with the space. A water fountain is available but having a water bottle with you will be nicer and you won't miss anytime going back and forth to the fountain. The classes are designed for all skill levels

How to get there

2110 Fitness is located at 5824 Burbank Rd S.E. As you are turning off of 58th avenue, 2110 is on the right hand side at the north end of the building. A black and white sign faces the street right across from Fitness Depot. Come on in the front door and one of the staff will be there to greet you.

This class was very fun and engaging, I liked the targeted individual instructions on the right move and form????????????????????! The room was too cold though for some reason ☃️

Cory was fantastic. I was new to the class and he made sure that I had correct form and made modifications for me when needed. Warm and welcoming staff and great facility! Will defiantly be back!!

Great Class. Excellent workout if you like higher intensity interval training. definitely worth the credits. Instructor, equipment and facilities are top notch!

The space is beautiful and the instructor was informative. The class structure is a mix of strength and endurance. Everyone was very welcoming and I would definitely go back.
