Core & Conditioning
The instructor had no idea that my sister and I were entirely new to the class! So if you go, I’d recommend introducing yourself, as the communication between the instructor and front desk wasn’t there! I was a little lost at first at how things ran, but just followed some of the other members till I got the hang of it. The instructor walked around and corrected form, answered questions and help when needed! Overall, I really enjoyed the workout! We rotated in three groups, with a few different exercises at each of the three stations. It gave you the opportunity to push yourself at your own pace in each block! I am interested in going back after I try a few other places out! Fun workout!
Core & Conditioning
A little more CrossFit inspired than I expected, but thats not a bad thing
The Staple
This class is definitely not for first timers in the fitness world. It's more so strength training rather than anything that will get your heart rate up. The instructor did not take charge of the class seemed like people were wondering everywhere and as a first timer (which is why class pass exists) this was not ideal.
Advanced Cycle and Spin
In response to the reviews saying the class no longer exists-- the Tuesday and Thursday classes at 6 am are still occurring (as of Nov 2016). There is a Saturday morning classes as well. Mike is the instructor for all three.
Advanced Cycle and Spin
Great equipment. Great class.
Advanced Cycle and Spin
Great class. Mike, the regular instructor is my favorite instructor on ClassPass. Weekday classes are normally 45-50 minutes long.
The Staple
Jason kicks your butt. Great class for all levels.
Advanced Cycle and Spin
The 6 AM class is my favorite workout. Mike is a great instructor. Bikes are nice-- I like that the resistance level has a number rather than a vague "turn of the knob." The class is challenging but do-able, don't be intimidated by the "advanced."
The Staple
This class was categorized as cycling. It is NOT a cycling class. It is a bootcamp style class.
Advanced Cycle and Spin
This class was much easier than expected. When I read advanced I was expecting a really hard class! It felt more like beginner to intermediate to me.
