    Bod Mod (the studio) rocks because all classes are short but really effective so it gives me a full workout and is really approachable because even if I’m trying to find excuses not to work out thinking of a 25 minute class is still inviting and always gets me to go but I leave SWEATING and sore.     Joseph’s breakfast club is the place to be in NYC on Saturdays at 10 am. It’s one of the few authentic experiences left in New York, and someday I’m sure we’ll all look back on it and feel grateful that we got the chance to be there and hang out with a mad German kickboxing champion who got us to push through our comfort zone and learn to attack life itself.

    This is the second time I’ve taken class here. First time was years ago and I remember it being really good. This time, it was really low impact and the instructor was low energy which isn’t necessarily bad, just not my style. Granted, there were only 2 people in class so it’s tough to be super pumped, I get it. Low impact is fine but was hoping for more core workout as it was marketed that way. Ended up spending 5 min or less on core which was disappointing.
