Great class. Nice music (minus a little too hype music for me at the beginning of class). Teacher doesn’t stop speaking when ambulances or other sirens go by which was frustrating because we couldn’t hear her at all during that part but otherwise great. Full class - tight spaces. Please stay on your own mat and don’t put your feet on your neighbors mats.

    FORM YOUR FOUNDATION NY

I love Cheyney’s energy! A foundations class is by no means “easy.” You will absolutely work, but I like having the option to take a brief moment transitioning when I’m unfamiliar with the move. Cheyney also offered every opportunity to level up in a modification so this class is great for every fitness level!

Wild high energy class and great teacher! Fun and creative exercises with clear demonstrations. Seems like a tight knit group of participants, intimidating at first, but overall felt welcome! Sheesh… the sweat says it all! Heck of a workout- I’ll be back!

    Slow Flow Vinyasa

Don’t let the term “Slow Flow” fool you into thinking this class is just easy or whatever. The class is indeed slower-paced compared to the studio’s more challenging and advanced Vinyasa Flow, but you still get bone-deep stretching. Perfect for recovery days, fellow athletes and active folks! Dolma’s a stellar instructor. Her voice is soothing, her instructions clear and transparent, and her fluid class structure engages the entire body.

    Brazilian Jiu Jitsu NOGI

Amazing experience. Teachers were great and you must meet mama savage. One of the nicest people I’ve ever met. Jiu jitsu was tough as a beginner but everyone was very welcoming. Also watched some of the boxing class and I definitely want to go back for a whole class.

    Intro to Salsa

The instructor Sasha was very attentive. It was a good foundation to learn the basic footwork to salsa. The first half was spent learning steps without music, then with music, and towards the end of the class, we partnered up to learn the steps together. I definitely recommend this studio for beginners.
