see all reviewsToday I attended Selma Surya Hot Yoga. As I’m quite new to Hot Yoga, I found the classes very challenging, but in a positive way. It was a beautiful morning, with the sunlight shining through the windows, which created a lovely atmosphere. Selma is very kind and easy to connect with. She has a beautiful, calm energy, not judgemental or overpowering. I really enjoyed the class, even though it pushed me outside my comfort zone.
