First of all I’d like to start this off by saying I’m not a dancer, but I felt so safe in the space that it didn’t matter. It was a hard choreo-filled class but Julius invited the class to have fun, encouraging me to get out of my own head. Not to mention the space was so warm and beautiful, it makes me feel at home. I can’t wait to come back!

I have never been in such a welcoming and warm space as the one Ke’Ron provided for this class. Their energy really filled the room with such acceptance. The class itself was challenging but very much doable and modifications were offered every step of the way. 10/10

Such a great class, studio, and teacher. Visiting town and wish I had more time to take more classes here. The space is gorgeous and very open, great staff and supplies, including a mat. Ashleigh led us through a great practice that both felt very accessible for all levels while still being a good challenge. Highly recommend.

Dasha was a lovely instructor who gave a lot of hands on adjustments and feedback, which I really enjoyed as someone who cares a lot about improving. She gives options for multiple levels, so you can be a beginner or more advanced. The studio is a pretty low heat level so it’s good for people who might be heat sensitive. Would come back! #classpassinsider
