    Great workout but not a fan of the instructor. She was literally pointing at people to sit or go faster, or going right up them. She constantly told people to sit if they couldn't go fast enough! I am not a beginner and I felt like I was being stared and pointed at if I wanted to get up! What happened to modifying, or trying so you can get better, or it being your journey! Also playlist was lame house music.

    This was my first class and Diana made me feel super comfortable, and overall, everyone made me feel welcome, from the moment i walked into the facility and even when I got to the studio. The crew goes out of their way to help and accommodate you as much as possible. Diana is full of energy and has a great selection of music to ride to! Class went by so quick, and I left sweaty and feeling very accomplished! I will continue to attend her classes and perhaps try other ones too!

    First class and I loved it. Low impact, so I wasn’t worried about injuries, but huge challenge and calorie burn (or as much as you want). Claire, the owner, was so nice and encouraging and welcoming. Don’t hesitate - if you are thinking of trying a class, definitely go.
