    Class with Dani was so great! It was my first experience in a running class and I absolutely loved it. The 30/30 split felt great as I was able to get cardio and strength at the same time. Both were definitely challenging! The space is so clean, staff is super friendly and the treadmills are really great quality — not like your typical treadmill at the gym. I’m slowly getting into my fitness journey and get intimidated when trying new classes or gyms but everyone in this studio from the front desk, instructor, and peers were so kind, welcoming, and supportive! This class kicked my butt IN A GOOD WAY! Parking is also fairly easy to navigate as there’s a free lot in the back of the building.
