Steve is the absolute best instructor. You can count on him for a high energy and fun class. He tailors the moves to how many new comers there are but it is still challenging enough for someone like me who has been going for a year. I really recommend his class (especially if you like Kpop, jpop, anime, pop). I had a great time and I am sooo tired (in a good way).

Phew - class was a toughie this week but awesome! Fadil does a good job of gently challenging you …if you’re motivated to find your edge/limit, he’ll challenge you to pick up the heavier weights and burn out your muscle. He pays attention - if you look too comfortable, he’ll say something! 😅😂 But I also say he’s very encouraging and can adjust if/when you need to modify. I was maxed towards the end of class and he was supportive of any adjustments I made. I always push myself hard in his class!
