Sadly, I think the movements overall are too awkward for me to twist into without tweaking all my sensitive spots (i.e. delicate wrists, chronic sore back). And it’s not form - the instructor was awesome at coming to correct mine! it’s just that being in the correct form was painful in a bad way for me. I do want to stress that it’s not the instructor’s fault at all, I just don’t think this is quite the workout for my specific body! I would say this is p beginner friendly and there were modifications offered too. The facilities are nice and the ice cold towel after is amazing. Parking is also easy.

see all reviewsI generally don’t sweat that much and this wrap made sweat a lot! Which was great. Couple little things that I’d mention: there is no shower (which was not advertised but still worth mentioning) so plan it well to be able to go home after. Also I had to ask to restart the timer. They set it up the moment I’ve entered the room, so but the moment I got inside was 10 min less. Other then that the blanket does what it promotes:) it does make you sweat a lot!

My appointment started 30 min late there was no one at redemption to greet me when I walked in or get me started. I feel like the staff should’ve been way more apologetic for starting my appointment 30 minutes late then they were. The Dana was also not turned on when I go there and took almost half my session to reach its peak temperature. I’ve had way better experience. Is there places in LA I would probably not go back.
