see all reviewsI really enjoyed the class but I will say if you are a beginner this might be a little too fast and furious for you. This was my first foray back into a class after the COVID hiatus so many of us have had and while my former experience definitely aided in helping me keep but there definitely were moments were I was a little lost because I hadn't been to this class before. Not the instructor's fault, she gave a great class and I enjoyed the work out I got from it but just something to consider for true newbies.

see all reviewsAwesome new class with Mitch! It definitely burned a bit being stretched into different positions, but I think that’s the point. I feel much looser after his class with increased range of motion. Class was focused on neck, shoulders, hips, glutes & a small amount of abs. Did very slow movements and felt the burn 🔥

see all reviewsI loved this full-body workout with fun props! Jade has such a welcoming, encouraging presence and offers a challenge without pressure or judgment. She expertly leads the class and before you know it, the hard part is over! I also enjoyed the longer cooldown/stretching segment. I am a big fan of this studio overall and all the instructors!

I enjoyed the class, but a part of the class we spent facing away from mirrors, which I know is the practice with some yoga types, but it frankly it doesn't help if you want to address any asymmetry in your body or perfect your alignment. Anyhow, would come back. Pilates were lovely.

see all reviewsSuzy is very patient and incredibly friendly. I'm very new to Ballet and even so, I didn't feel uncomfortable for a minute. I enjoyed the intro class a lot and felt like I was able to do a lot of what was being taught without much difficulty. It does take flexibility in the knees and hips, but otherwise it's not overly strenuous.
