    Great class!! Loved the positivity of the instructor. My only critique is that everyone starts talking during the cool down and I can’t hear the instructions. Perhaps you can tell those who want to talk to leave or wait until cool down is over?

    Really enjoyed the overall programming that had a nice mix of mostly strength and high intensity. Reggie offered nice personalized coaching even in a group setting environment. The iPads used to read the programming would screen lock often so if they could increase the auto-lock to never or a longer time it would prevent us from having to unlock the iPads in between sets. Looking forward to coming back and trying out more classes in the future!

    Awesome class! The instructor was very clear and gave lots of cues, she rode to the beat but emphasised listening to your body and going at your own pace if you preferred. Good mix of everything, hill climbs, sprints, intervals and endurance.
