see all reviewsIve been coming here since they opened and it is by far my favorite studio in the city. Sheryll and Grace are rock stars. . I’m absolutely sure the others are as well, I’ve just never taken them. No class has ever been the same, the gentle pushing and corrections are exactly what is needed and the vibes are unmatched.

see all reviewsLoved this class. Mark has such an awesome welcoming style. Temperature was just right. For those who are not familiar, OG hot yoga is different than what many people are used to with flows and sun, salutations, etc. there are a specific set of poses and you get into them and hold them. I feel amazing afterwards. Will definitely be back!

see all reviewsSuch a great teacher!! Class was a challenge, but overall not too difficult. I’m sure I’ll be a little sore tomorrow, but it wasn’t an intense workout by any means. The instructor is very kind and welcoming and helps everyone with their posture and explains well. If it wasn’t so many credits I’d go back!

see all reviewsClass was very fun! And great workouts. But I think we could use time better. It’s a 60min class but the actual workout was only around 28 minutes. I feel there’s a lot of time wasted to give instructions, and for pauses.

see all reviewsIt was a very peaceful and pleasant experience and Michelle is awesome. If i were to nit pick based on my personal preferences, I would have liked to hold the poses a bit longer (which would give the opportunity to zone out with the sound bath a bit more). It was a very relaxing class- a great way to calm your nerves if you’ve been stressed.
