    Hot bodē Sculpt

Aura is by far my fav instructor at bodē! her playlists are perfection, she has a great way of keeping the class engaged and motivated. her classes are very rhythmic so wouldn’t recommend for a first timer, the moves are shown quickly and you have to pick them up fast

    Starter50: Intro To [solidcore]

I was worried that this class would be too hard coming from a yoga background and recently not having worked out much. I really felt challenged, but not defeated. We worked hard and the music was great. I liked the teacher. Great experience.

It’s been a while since I have been able to do Pilates. I loved the class and how I was encouraged to keep going in times of being tired. Overall, I will comeback to this supportive welcoming environment.

Oh my god this class and this instructor were both phenomenal. I would take this class exclusively through class pass if my schedule would allow. Great energy. Great music. Great attention to form. I loved every second of it

    Reformer Amped Up

Julie is amazing! She is very organized with the routines, making sure each session is well-structured and effective. The workouts are intense, and I can feel every muscle working, but that’s what makes them so great. I highly recommend her classes!!!!!!!

    Barre/Toned

I love this class! Kind of a mix of barre, Pilates, and yoga with hand weights mixed in. It’s challenging but not impossible and Karen is so encouraging. The studio is lovely, and sunny and clean and the classes are small.

I enjoyed Maya class! She gave overall good cues and corrections. Here and there it was confusing if you don’t go here often and don’t know the names of moves, or the line number is not mentioned. Also it was a bit confusing between the use of word extend vs bend. Maya gave great demos. Her class hit all body parts but was leg heavy. Could have more arms !

Great, challenging class. I’ve done some Pilates before, but first time at this studio. A little intimidating when I walked in, but Zach was so kind/nice. Gave me an extra demo in the beginning and helped me reposition myself in middle of class too . 🙌
