Nicole was extremely sweet and helpful. Her instruction was clear to follow and I got a good workout/stretch in. I also love that they don’t play the music so loudly! Personal preference :-)

    Hot Vinyasa Flow

Good class! But to make sure you can follow along, I would ONLY suggest it if you are already fairly experienced! I think this class may have almost entirely been regulars since there wasn’t a lot of modeling, and sometimes everyone would move to a position even before it was called. The instructor was absolutely lovely—just think this might be more intermediate level and isn’t really set up for newbies!

My first time doing pilates and Azura made me feel so good about myself!! Definitely coming back because I’ve never had someone so attentive to my form and I really appreciate her correcting it too. Can’t wait to come back!

    WundaBar Workout

Was here before some months ago but not really convinced for some reason. But decided to give it another and the instructor was great - provided hands-on corrections, as so few instructors elsewhere do, and really checked that you are in the right postures. Will definitely come back! Also appreciated that the music wasn’t loud so that it was easy to hear the instructions - a welcome break from other places.

Rachel is so kind and encouraging! She was really helpful about getting into the various positions, which I very much appreciated as I’m relatively new to Pilates / solid core. The class flew by because of her wonderful energy and enthusiasm!

Really liked the instructor and her attention to form and detail. The class was difficult at times but the stretches felt so good. It was perfect for beginners or someone wanting to brush up on their reformer skills.

Suuuuuch a good class ! Instructor was incredible too. I love how this class really works EVERY part of your body. My only qualm is I wish the studio was a little cleaner but unfortunately the class is so good that I’ll keep coming back anyway. I will be gatekeeping this place tho🤫 definitely coming back & would totally take this instructor a million times over again!

Nate is awesome!! He is probably the most strict about good form and pace, which I personally like because it’s distracting when someone is next to me going too fast with bad form. Class was challenging and well designed. Only criticism is the music is way too loud combined with the yelling on the mic. If the studio had a better sound system it might be fine but the sound quality is like bad karaoke speakers.

Finally and instructors that makes sure your form is correct! What a fantastic experience despite being so out of shape (just spent four days in Puerto Rico doing zero exercise). Would book classes on the UWS just for her even though I live here

Beautiful studio and lovely staff! Great class. Loved that the class size was so small and we got a lot of attention! There are other private sessions happening simultaneously in the other parts of the studio (layout is one big open floor plan) so if you are easily distracted, this might be overstimulating. Thank you, Emma!
