The class is full of great movement and invitations to push yourself, but the overarching theme is “listen to your body’s wisdom, you never need to do what I suggest, and invite positive, supportive self talk.” I was navigating some physical discomfort my first time here, and I didn’t think twice about moving slowly, checking in, taking my time, and it was welcomed and supported. Was fun and instructor asked me about my favorite workouts and incorporated my all time fave - jump board on the reformer! Felt like I got in some cardio, strength, and deep stretching. Love it !

Some people probably don’t mind beefcake gym goers 6 feet away watching a few women doing yoga joking about needing a camera, but it wasn’t my thing. 7 credits was a lot for this class.

Had galaxy star projector on wall (like children’s night light situation); pleather table with no sheet/pillow case cover over face rest; loud ocean video/sound playing on TV (had adds). Could easily be improved by changing lighting to a simple salt lamp or two; put covering over face rest on table; and use more spa-like music played at a quiet volume, without any adds.
