Son approche basée sur les mini-mouvements m’a permis de vraiment me connecter à mon corps pendant la pratique. J’ai ressenti une nette différence avant et après le cours. see all reviewsUne bonne ambiance, un groupe de taille raisonnable. Les professeurs (Reda et sa collègue dont je ne connais pas le nom) était sympathiques, patients et pédagogues. C'est un cours débutant mais le groupe a commencé en début d'année scolaire. Je recommande de faire de même si vous n'avez pas d'expérience en danse. Si vous avez déjà de l'expérience dans d'autres danses latine et que vous connaissez quelques pas de bachata, vous devriez pas avoir trop de problèmes à rejoindre en cours de route. Autrement, ça risque d'être un peu compliqué (faisable cependant).

La professeure est bienveillante et très attentionnée et vient ajuster votre posture si besoin. Ce fut une excellente expérience. Lively atmosphere throughout the class , Afro dance instructors Versha and Abisola were wonderful and taught us moves with integrity. Music was soulful and energetic. Only downfall is no parking directly outside the building. I risked parking my car nearby in a plain bay with no restriction sign and luckily didn’t get a ticket, possible because it was night time 8.30pm onwards. Thank you for a lovely experience. Nicolle 🖤

I went solo, but the instructor created such a welcoming atmosphere while keeping a great teaching pace—perfect for picking up the moves.
